What to Wear

Every part of the weekend has a different feel, so pack accordingly.

Thursday: Kickoff & NSHH/Green Out

No Shower Happy Hour. Straight from the turf to the good stuff. Come ready to sweat and then head straight to an evening of dinner, networking, and a cash bar. Wear your favorite green workout gear and don't forget your western flair.

Friday: Owners Collective & Iron Awards

Come dressed comfortably in your favorite ISI® swag. Before heading to Friday night's Western-themed Iron Awards, return to your hotel to change into your favorite western attire. Pull on your favorite denim, boots, cowboy hat, or go all in and bring out the chaps. Enjoy cocktail hour with a cash bar, celebrate the best of ISI®, and bring your biggest buckle energy.

Saturday: Optional Networking Event

Keep it casual in your favorite ISI® swag. If you plan to participate in Saturday's activity, we recommend wearing athletic apparel and comfortable shoes.

Packing Checklist

What to Pack

To make the most of the weekend, we recommend bringing:

Workout clothes and athletic shoes
Business casual attire for Friday sessions
Western-inspired outfit or accessories for Thursday evening (optional but encouraged!)
Comfortable shoes—you'll be on your feet throughout the weekend
Light jacket or layer (meeting rooms can be cool)
Water bottle
Notebook or tablet for taking notes
Business cards (optional, but great for networking)
Phone charger or portable battery pack
Any medications or personal essentials you may need

Two days of sessions, breakouts, and roundtables, plus two big nights: NSHH Green Out on Thursday, Iron Awards at Pleasant Grove Farm on Friday, and an optional Saturday social to wrap things up.
